This warranty

• Covers   (hereinafter as “product”).

• is valid for ten years, commencing from the date of purchase,
• guarantees free replacement for delamination and edging defects (installation not included)

This warranty is invalid

• if damage is caused by improper installation, misuse, negligence, accidents or natural calamities,
• for Acrylic high gloss doors / for doors with aluminum framed glass windows / for doors with mirrors / aluminum sliding doors / household room doors / partition doors in offices,

Additional Information

• Date of purchase is the date marked on the invoice, delivery note or any other relevant document, issued by our company.
• Please complete the e-registration within 2 months from the day of delivery. (Failure to complete the warranty card will diminish your warranty rights.)
• If the décor colour, pattern or finish of the defective products is discontinued and/or out of stock, another colour, pattern or finish at the same price will be offered for replacement.
• No cash will be refunded.
• This warranty is only valid in Hong Kong.
• In no event will our Company be responsible for consequential loss or damages in any way resulting from the use of the product.
• Our Company reserves the right of final interpretation of the above terms and conditions.
